I’ve spent 25 years working in the Australian Advertising Industry and have loved every second. I started at Nine as a junior Sales Administrator, then spent 21 years at Seven where I was promoted many times and learned so much about this great industry. My passion for the industry will never go away and I want to see it thrive and attract the best of the best. Along with my team, our aim with Advertising Industry Careers is to help candidates from all walks of life find jobs and organisations that are the best possible fit for them. At the same time, businesses have a greater opportunity to tell candidates why they should come and work with them. My background is in technology, learning and career matching. In the early 2000’s I co-founded SelfCert, an IT training and career advice company that was acquired by SEEK in 2004. Through that business, we helped thousands of people thrive in their careers and my interest in career matching has grown ever since. At AIC, my focus is our platform; ensuring it delivers on the promise to unite motivated, engaged candidates with great employers. We take a lot of pride in helping our clients promote their employer brand in a way that is befitting of an industry as exciting and dynamic as advertising.
