coverage, behind-the-scenes content and other social assets.
  • Use our preferred platform to support publishing, scheduling, governance,
reporting and performance analysis across AustrlianSuper's owned social
    channels.
  • Maintain content calendars, production plans and publishing schedules to
ensure social activity is timely, coordinated and aligned with broader
    marketing, brand and communication priorities.
  • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement, leveraging insights
and analytics to optimise content, inform channel strategy and improve reach,
    engagement and effectiveness.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates, audience
behaviours and competitor activity, and share useful insights with
    stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Brand, Corporate Affairs, Investment Relations, Colleagues
& Culture, Growth and Engagement Marketing teams to understand and support
    social media needs.
  • Support broader Brand team initiatives, including campaign activity, brand
governance, asset development, reporting, stakeholder engagement and
    continuous improvement activity.
  • Apply AustralianSuper’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, accessibility
requirements and approval processes to deliver accurate, compliant and
    on-brand content.
  • Operate with a strong risk and compliance mindset, ensuring relevant
policies, standards, procedures and governance requirements are followed.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A degree qualification in marketing, communications, media, journalism or a
similar discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in social media content
    creation, publishing and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience ideating, capturing, editing, publishing and
    reporting on social media content.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media management platforms.
  • Strong social-first content creation skills, including short-form video,
photography, copywriting and platform-ready asset development.
  • Confidence using publishing, scheduling and reporting tools, with the ability
to translate performance data into practical content recommendations.
  • A strong understanding of social channels, formats, trends, audience
    behaviours and emerging platform opportunities.
  • The ability to apply brand guidelines, tone of voice, accessibility standards
and approval processes in a regulated environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with
the ability to work at pace and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with confidence managing content
calendars, production workflows, competing priorities and broader Brand team
