We’ve partnered with Reload Learning to deliver the Consulting and Career Mentoring services included with FastLane. Their team have decades of experience helping individuals to choose the most appropriate learning and find the right job. Services include one-on-one support, guidance on how to tailor your resume, how to network and applying for roles. You’ll also receive interview coaching and assistance with contract negotiation if required.

We’re really flexible but we recognise the course won’t be for everyone. To set you up for success, we conduct a thorough consultation by phone before enrolment to check that this is the right path for you to take. To be able to complete the course materials, you’ll need to a high level of interest in marketing, media and advertising as a career.

No. At the start of your course we ask you to complete a Career Match questionnaire which helps us map your personality to162 of the most sought-after occupations in the industry. This helps us to detemrine early on which kinds of jobs you are most suited to.

While we would love to say YES! it’s not possible for us to guarantee you a job since there are so many variables. That said, our Career Services team are highly skilled talent specialists and will be doing everything they can to promote you to employers as often as possible. Many of our clients check our graduate database first before advertising roles publicly.

The FastLane Certification is self-funded however your Learning Consultant can talk to you about ways you can pay it off over time.

Many of the modules are from vendors like Google, IBM, Adobe and Meta so along the way, you’ll receive badges as you progress. There’s also a module from the IMAA. Upon completion of all courses and your career mentoring program, you’ll also receive a certificate and badge from Advertising Indusry Careers. Your details will also be added to the FastLane Graduate Directory where employers can find you directly inside their dashboard and you’ll be actively promoted to our employers regularly.

Yes! Many of the modules you complete along the way are highly recognised in their own right. We work very hard to promote the FastLane certification to employers and encourage them to favour our graduates when it comes time to hire.
