What you'll be up to:

As the Data & Insights Coordinator, you provide accurate, timely support across the Data & Insights team, including audience data, mapping, scheduling and reporting. Support senior team members with briefs, insights and projects while developing foundational skills in data, media planning and insight generation. In addition you will also:

 

  • Respond to Coordinator-level requests accurately and independently, following established processes and escalating complex or unclear requests when needed.
  • Support senior team members with briefs, insights, presentations and projects.
  • Complete basic audience indexing, mapping and media scheduling using approved tools, datasets and platforms.
  • Maintain QMS inventory, systems, asset data and internal Data & Insights resources.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, quality checks and sales/insight materials.
  • Build foundational knowledge of audience data, media planning, location intelligence and Out of Home.
  • Develop capability and confidence to contribute to Foundation-level briefs, interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales and progressively take greater ownership and independence.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or recent qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, Analytics, Research or a related field preferred.
  • No prior media, Out of Home or Data & Insights experience required; training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow processes, manage tasks and learn new systems quickly.
  • Basic analytical skills and an interest in data.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to develop Google Workspace skills.
  • Exposure to tools such as MOVE, Google Maps, GeoTribes Explorer, Nielsen CMV, OOHPro and QMS platforms is advantageous but not required.
