Content Marketing Manager, AU/SG Marketing
As part of the Marketing team in AU/SG, we are seeking a marketing professional
to support the execution of customer-facing content and campaigns across our key
on-site and outbound channels. The Content Marketing Manager will work closely
with senior team members to bring campaigns to life — ensuring flawless
execution, a high-quality customer experience, and strong engagement with our
products and services across all devices.
This role is primarily focussed on campaign creation for T1 events and beyond,
while also contributing to broader content and marketing initiatives across the
team. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and
comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and execute on-site marketing campaigns, including Homepage, category
pages, and other customer-facing placements — with a particular focus on T1
events (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday) - Support broader content creation needs across the team, including
merchandising, messaging, and promotional assets - Execute campaign briefs end-to-end: scheduling, QA, stakeholder coordination,
and go-live - Manage cross-site navigation elements and placements for AU/SG as required
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting to surface insights and
optimisation opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (category teams, design,
international counterparts) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a
high standard - Contribute to experimentation and iterative improvements to the on-site
experience
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot
tables) - Experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. WordPress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master's degree or above
in Marketing, Communications, or a related fields
