Assistant Brand Manager – Everyday Vitality and Formats
We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager
to join our Australian Marketing team and support the growth of the Blackmores brand within one of our biggest portfolios - Everyday Vitality and New Formats.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive innovation launches, and deliver commercial growth across a portfolio which includes Nutritional Oils, Multivitamins and Children's Health.
This is an exciting opportunity for a developing marketer with brand management and marketing campaign experience in consumer healthcare or FMCG who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to accelerate their career within a leading health and wellbeing company.
This position follows a hybrid working arrangement, with three office-based days and two remote working days each week. With two offices, one in Surry Hills and one in Warriewood, the team comes together onsite at the Warriewood office every second Wednesday.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for segments within the Everyday Vitality portfolio.
- Support the development and implementation of annual brand and innovation plans.
- Drive go-to-market activities for new product launches and support the delivery of the Formats Strategy.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across TV, digital, out-of-home, PR, retail and shopper marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Product Development to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with media, creative and agency stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Analyse market, consumer and category data to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations based on key learnings.
- Support business case development, budget management and commercial planning activities.
Who are you?
- Education background – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other.
- At least 2 years or more of work experience in marketing operations and brand management with exposure to innovation, project management and new product development and launches.
- Industry exposure working in consumer healthcare, health and wellness industries and FMCG.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working closely with customer / consumer data, category and retail performance data.
- Able to work independently while displaying strong communication and project management skills to be able to work cross functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
