VM Digital Coordinator
The Role You Could Play
At MECCA, we are continuing to elevate the retail experience through innovative and immersive digital storytelling across our store network. As the VM Digital Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through strategic digital planning, creative coordination, and operational excellence across our in-store digital screens.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage the Digital Promotional Calendar across the retail network
- Develop and execute digital content rollouts for campaigns, activations, and new store openings
- Create and manage briefs, critical paths, and workflows to support cross-functional campaign delivery
- Upload, schedule, maintain, and optimise digital content through CMS platforms
- Support stores with Digital VM queries and provide operational support during campaign launches and peak trade periods
What You Will Bring
- Experience coordinating digital content, campaign execution, or VM activity across multiple touchpoints
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, critical paths, and cross-functional briefing processes
- Experience using CMS platforms to upload and maintain digital content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including a general understanding of After Effects and Media Encoder
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable
