Reporting to: Head of Digital Products and Platforms
Purpose
The Digital Coordinator plays a key support role within the Digital Products & Platforms team, helping deliver high-quality digital experiences across VRC platforms.
Working closely with the Digital Team, this role coordinates day-to-day digital activity, contributes to product delivery and optimisation, and ensures content and digital initiatives are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

Stakeholders
Internal: C-Suite, Executive General Managers, Department Heads & Managers and the wider VRC Team.
External: Suppliers, Vendors, Stakeholders, Partners, Sponsors, Members and Guests, and the wider industry networks and associations.
Focus
- Support the Digital Team in the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day digital requests
- Coordinate the publishing and updating of website and platform content
- Work with internal stakeholders to design, build and review digital content solutions
- Support the Digital Team to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time
- Assist in executing digital campaigns, initiatives and on-sales across web and digital platforms
- Ensure alignment between marketing, content, and product priorities
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support optimisation activities
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, IT, operations) to support delivery
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as required
Success Measures (KPIs)
- Delivers digital content and updates on time and to a high standard, with minimal errors
- Keeps digital tasks organised and on track, supporting smooth day-to-day coordination across the team
- Maintains accuracy and consistency of content across website, app, and digital platforms
- Supports successful delivery of digital projects and updates, contributing effectively to team outcomes
- Shows initiative and willingness to learn, identifying small improvements and building digital skills over time
Core Capabilities
- Experience in a digital, marketing, or product coordination role (or similar)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- An understanding of digital platforms (e.g. CMS, websites, apps – Umbraco is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data awareness – able to interpret and work with digital performance metrics, experience with Google platforms such as Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and Data Studio are a plus.
