Job Description:
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Oversee daily activity across major social media platforms, including content posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Maintain content calendars to ensure campaigns and planned posts are delivered on schedule.
- Create compelling captions, short-form posts, and digital content aligned with brand messaging.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and relevant conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
- Review platform performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Agency & Partner Management
- Coordinate with external agency partners on campaign execution, content planning, and creative requirements.
- Review agency output to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with communication objectives.
- Liaise with website vendors for regular updates, enhancements, and content changes.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather updates, stories, and relevant information for content development.
- Support the creation of articles, thought leadership pieces, campaign content, and other communication materials.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Project Coordination
- Handle multiple communication projects simultaneously while tracking deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, agencies, and vendors for timely execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with creative, digital, or social media agencies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for online and social platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
