As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the market positioning of PwC Private and delivering an integrated go-to-market strategy that builds profile, strengthens client relationships, and drives growth. You’ll do this working closely with the One Firm Private Segment Leader and partnering with APAC and Global teams to deliver a consistent, differentiated market presence across the Private Segment.

What you’ll do:

  • Segment Strategy and Growth Lead the development of a national Private Segment marketing strategy aligned to firm priorities and growth targets. Partner with the One Firm Private Segment Leader to shape the narrative, positioning and market ambition for PwC Private. Ensure alignment across Lines of Service and Industries to deliver a coordinated, One Firm go-to-market approach.
  • Go-To-Market and Execution Design and deliver integrated, data-led campaigns that build awareness, deepen relationships and generate pipeline. Oversee execution across key channels including thought leadership, events, digital, social and partnerships. Embed a disciplined, measurable approach to marketing performance, leveraging Salesforce and campaign analytics. Elevate and localise global and APAC campaigns for impact in the Australian market.
  • Profile Building and Brand Work with our Brand team and SMEs to build and enhance the external profile of PwC Private, strengthening brand recognition and differentiation. Lead the development of high-quality content, thought leadership and storytelling that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency with PwC brand and tone, while sharpening relevance for the Private Segment.
  • Stakeholder Leadership and Influence Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, influencing at Partner and Director level to drive alignment and outcomes. Work closely with APAC and Global Segment Marketing leads to align on strategy, share insights and scale best practice. Build strong relationships across the Clients & Markets community and broader firm, operating effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Team Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing Private Segment marketing team, setting clear priorities and driving delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Coach team members to operate across strategy and execution, building future capability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing within financial services or related sectors.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing strategy and execution in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape go-to-market direction.
  • Experience building integrated campaigns across multiple channels and measuring impact.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capability, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, pace and competing priorities, while maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline.
