What the role is

Associate Lecturer (Digitalisation Short Courses)

What you will be working on

  • Adjunct teaching position, on an ad-hoc basic
  • Deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) short courses for adult learners
  • Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath
  • Mentor and support learners through practical exercises and real-world project applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course delivery and ensure positive learning outcomes

What we are looking for

  • Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Prior experience in adult learning and delivering training sessions
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or UiPath
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-900, PL-100, PL-500) and/or UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) are an added advantage
  • Strong passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
