What the role is
Associate Lecturer (Digitalisation Short Courses)
What you will be working on
- Adjunct teaching position, on an ad-hoc basic
- Deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) short courses for adult learners
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath
- Mentor and support learners through practical exercises and real-world project applications
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course delivery and ensure positive learning outcomes
What we are looking for
- Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Prior experience in adult learning and delivering training sessions
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or UiPath
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-900, PL-100, PL-500) and/or UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) are an added advantage
- Strong passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
