Job Description
岗位职责
协助服务市场团队完成呼吸机全系产品技术资料整理、翻译、归档,包含设备维修手册、故障排查指引、售后培训课件等工科技术文档;
配合售后、销售渠道开展基础技术支持工作,整理呼吸机常见故障、客户咨询问题库,同步更新标准化解答方案;
协助跟进经销商、终端门店、医疗机构的基础技术问询,做好问题记录、分类汇总,同步给到资深技术专员跟进处理;
参与线下售后培训、产品演示辅助工作,负责物料准备、设备基础调试、现场数据记录;
完成服务市场日常行政类辅助工作:数据统计、报表整理、样品管理、会议纪要整理等;
配合团队完成呼吸机售后相关市场项目落地,做好流程对接、信息同步等支撑工作。
任职要求
工科在读在校生,机械、生物医学工程、自动化、机电一体化、医疗器械工程等相关专业优先;
做事踏实稳重,细心有耐心,逻辑清晰,能长期稳定实习;
具备基础电路、机械结构常识,愿意学习呼吸机、睡眠呼吸设备相关医疗技术知识;
良好文档处理能力,熟练使用 Excel 做数据统计、Word/PPT 制作技术材料;
沟通温和有条理,抗压能力良好,主动配合团队完成各项辅助工作;
男生优先,能配合少量线下外勤、设备搬运、现场协助等工作。
实习时长 3 个月及以上,每周出勤 4-5 天,能稳定实习优先
加分项
有医疗器械、医疗设备相关实习 / 课程项目经验;
看懂基础英文技术文档,具备简单翻译能力;
熟悉电子设备拆装、故障基础排查
