Job Description
岗位职责
协助服务市场团队完成呼吸机全系产品技术资料整理、翻译、归档，包含设备维修手册、故障排查指引、售后培训课件等工科技术文档；
配合售后、销售渠道开展基础技术支持工作，整理呼吸机常见故障、客户咨询问题库，同步更新标准化解答方案；
协助跟进经销商、终端门店、医疗机构的基础技术问询，做好问题记录、分类汇总，同步给到资深技术专员跟进处理；
参与线下售后培训、产品演示辅助工作，负责物料准备、设备基础调试、现场数据记录；
完成服务市场日常行政类辅助工作：数据统计、报表整理、样品管理、会议纪要整理等；
配合团队完成呼吸机售后相关市场项目落地，做好流程对接、信息同步等支撑工作。

任职要求
工科在读在校生，机械、生物医学工程、自动化、机电一体化、医疗器械工程等相关专业优先；
做事踏实稳重，细心有耐心，逻辑清晰，能长期稳定实习；
具备基础电路、机械结构常识，愿意学习呼吸机、睡眠呼吸设备相关医疗技术知识；
良好文档处理能力，熟练使用 Excel 做数据统计、Word/PPT 制作技术材料；
沟通温和有条理，抗压能力良好，主动配合团队完成各项辅助工作；
男生优先，能配合少量线下外勤、设备搬运、现场协助等工作。

实习时长 3 个月及以上，每周出勤 4-5 天，能稳定实习优先
加分项
有医疗器械、医疗设备相关实习 / 课程项目经验；
看懂基础英文技术文档，具备简单翻译能力；
熟悉电子设备拆装、故障基础排查
