Marketing Assistant, 1 year contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of
marketing campaigns to promote Octopus products and services, with a
strategic focus on Mobile Octopus. - Creative Collaborations: Support Octopus Card Image Store projects by
coordinating with external partners and popular IPs to create engaging
campaigns tailored to the Gen-Z and student demographics. - Content & Social Media: Assist in crafting compelling marketing
communications and developing engaging content across various social media
platforms. - Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, conduct
program analysis, and extract actionable insights to optimize and enhance
future marketing strategies. - Marketing Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing
essential administrative support, including managing Purchase
Requisitions/Orders (PR/PO), processing sales orders for the Card Image
Store, and facilitating marketing expense settlements.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate students in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and
Chinese. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- A proven track record of active participation and achievements in
non-academic pursuits, such as extracurricular activities, community service,
part-time jobs, or previous internships. - An energetic, proactive, and fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and can work effectively both independently and as part of a
team. - Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
Chinese word processing.
