In this role, you have the opportunity to Join a leading company and be part of a dynamic team and complete 3-year trainee program in various marketing & sales function. You are responsible for Complete assignments during the 3-year trainee period in various marketing / sales functions. In each assignment you will fulfil your individual responsibility through working with internal stakeholders or external agencies to be actively involved in day-to-day business and project. Upon successful completion of trainee program, you’ll be able to land in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Product design roles.
You are a part of Philips Personal Health Greater China has 3 business areas: Beauty, Male Grooming and Oral Healthcare. We are continuously taking suitable approach in the appropriate place for consumers to experience our products and services to ensure all categories achieve better performance in the market.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree with strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential
• Internship experience in marketing / sales related field
• Good team player
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical & problem solving skills
• Good command of both oral and written English
• Self-motivated and fit to Philips culture
