E-commerce Sales Representative

What you’ll do:

  • Online Sales Growth (Primary Accountability)
    Drive sales growth through authorized e commerce stores on assigned platforms.
    Own end to end online sales results, including demand conversion, order fulfillment coordination, and customer experience.
    Focus on authorized store sales revenue as the primary performance outcome, rather than platform traffic metrics.
  • E commerce Operations & Conversion Effectiveness
    Collaborate with platform partners, operators, and customer service teams to improve:
    Product assortment and online offerings
    Content quality and professionalism
    Conversion rate and customer satisfaction
    Ensure online sales growth is repeatable, compliant, and commercially sound, not short term volume driven.
  • Authorization & Market Order Governance
    Execute company policies on:
    Authorized store management and compliance
    Monitoring and escalation of unauthorized stores
    Support enforcement actions (complaints, takedown coordination) according to defined processes.
    This role does not manage distributors or offline channel relationships.
  • Pricing Discipline & Brand Consistency
    Ensure online pricing and promotions strictly follow approved pricing policies.
    Maintain consistency of online pricing as a market reference benchmark.
    Escalate any pricing exceptions or boundary issues through formal approval mechanisms.
  • Business Review & Management Support
    Prepare structured e commerce performance reviews, including:
    Sales results and conversion trends
    Key drivers and risks (returns, abnormal fluctuations, platform noise)
    Clear improvement actions
    Support management decision making by providing interpreted insights, not raw platform data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years experience with JD or similar B2C/B2B e commerce platforms.
  • Practical understanding of e commerce sales and conversion mechanics.
  • Strong discipline in following pricing, authorization, and compliance rules.
  • Ability to analyze imperfect data and produce structured business conclusions.
  • Effective collaboration skills across marketing, operations, and platform partners.
  • Prefer to have:
    Exposure to industrial, electrical, or technical product categories.
    Experience working in matrix or policy driven organizations.
    Experienced using AI, PowerBI and other digital tools.

  • Exercises judgment in daily e commerce operations, conversion optimization, and issue prioritization.
  • Escalates cross boundary, pricing, or governance issues appropriately.
  • Decisions typically impact online sales outcomes within a defined platform scope.

2. Stakeholder Management & Boundary Communication:

Clearly communicates channel boundaries and policies; escalates cross-boundary requests through formal mechanisms to prevent channel conflict.

3. Structured Communication & Influencing:

Converts imperfect/fragmented data into structured business narratives and influences internal/external partners to drive actions.

4. Ownership Mindset & Resilience:

Maintains strong ownership and prioritization under pressure; drives issues to closure and ensures outcomes are sustainable and reviewable.
