The project:

A large scale public infrastructure enhancement programme involving complex civil, structural and MEP works across multiple interconnected sites. The project encompassed significant station area upgrades, tunnel interface works, systems integration, and critical asset renewal to improve network capacity, safety performance and long term operational resilience within one of Hong Kong’s most heavily used transport corridors.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop digital solutions that enhance project delivery outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications aligned with project ecosystems.
• Apply Agile methodologies, managing code, pipelines, and lifecycle compliance (Dev–Test–Prod).
• Integrate multiple data sources, ensuring data security, integrity, and solution performance.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes across portfolios and project teams.
• Support team development, share expertise, and drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies.

You’ll need to have:

• Delivers end-to-end solutions independently; may lead and assure quality of team outputs.
• Strong application lifecycle, DevOps, and secure development practices expertise.
• Proven technical experience with modern stacks; continuous learning and certification.
• Effective communicator; translates requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
