Full Time Opportunity
Greenstone is building a market-leading first-party data capability to power smarter, more effective marketing across Google, Meta and Microsoft. As our Digital Data Engineering Lead, you’ll shape and deliver the data pipelines and tracking systems that underpin this vision, driving high-quality conversion signals, enabling advanced platform integrations, and unlocking automation at scale. Leading a team of three engineers, you’ll own the end-to-end data journey from customer interaction through to platform activation.

What are we looking for?

• Tertiary qualification in a STEM field such as Computer/Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or similar
• 5+ years in a similar role preferred
• Solid SQL, Python and Databricks industry experience
• End to end data pipelines / event systems experience
• Meta/Google APIs & data transformations and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Match rate (event match quality) improvements
• Event delivery experience with high reliability and reduced discrepancies
• Meta/Google Server-side tracking
• Multi-touch attribution knowledge
• Improved marketing performance
• Customer data platform or data warehouses
