Producer / Senior Producer (Experiential) – Freelance Contract
Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 8-week freelance contract (with potential to extend)

We're looking for an experienced Producer or Senior Producer to join a leading experiential agency on an exciting client account. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept through to execution.
What you'll be doing
Leading the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events.
Managing timelines, budgets and project plans.
Coordinating suppliers, venues and production partners.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Supporting on-site event execution where required.
What we're looking for
Proven experience producing experiential, events or brand activation projects.
Agency experience is highly desirable.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Available to start immediately.
