About the Medicare Mental Health Check In Service

Medicare Mental Health Check In is a landmark national digital mental health initiative delivered by St Vincent’s in partnership with the Australian Government. The service provides free, accessible and evidence-based low-intensity CBT support for Australians experiencing early signs of stress, distress, anxiety and emerging mental health challenges. Designed as part of the broader Medicare Mental Health ecosystem, the program aims to improve early access to care and support Australians before mental health challenges escalate into more complex presentations.
