Client Solutions Manager - Melbourne

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end media planning and activation across client portfolio
• Manage briefing, responses and negotiations with media partners
• Oversee campaign implementation across all channels
• Use data and insights to inform planning and improve outcomes
• Manage workflow and quality of output across the team
• Provide guidance, feedback and development support
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
• Manage campaign budgets and forecasts
• Oversee bookings, invoicing and campaign reconciliation
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks or opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients and media partners
• Represent the business in client and industry interactions

This role directly reports to the Client Solutions Director.
