What you'll be up to: As an Account Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team by managing campaigns, bookings, data, and reporting. You will coordinate campaigns from start to finish, respond promptly to client enquiries, and assist with team projects. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a proactive attitude, and using a range of systems and tools to manage tasks efficiently and meet the needs of QMS Media and its clients. In addition you will also:
- Respond promptly to client requests and support the sales team with campaign planning and proposals.
- Manage campaign administration, including bookings, contracts, reporting, and bonus activity.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery and maintain accurate records, trackers, and client correspondence.
- Generate campaign reports, including reach, frequency, maps, and performance insights.
- Use QMS Media systems and CRM tools to manage data and reporting efficiently.
- Monitor workloads, identify process improvements, and support operational efficiency.
- Develop strong knowledge of QMS Media products, inventory, and internal systems.
- Build and maintain client relationships, and attend meetings as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualifications or experience in marketing, sales, or administration are preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player who values feedback and contributes to an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality work.
