ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wholesale Brand Sales Lead to join the Supre team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end wholesale function, building strong partnerships, driving sustainable sales growth, and ensuring seamless execution across every stage of the wholesale journey. From presenting compelling product ranges and identifying growth opportunities to managing critical paths and coordinating post-purchase operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for both our partners and our brand.
Working closely with Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Fulfilment teams, you’ll influence strategy, drive commercial performance, and create long-term partnerships that support continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Wholesale, Sales, Account Management or a similar commercial leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that drive sales growth and profitability
  • Experience managing and developing key customer and wholesale partner relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead critical paths, manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong financial understanding, budgeting and forecasting capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting product ranges and commercial opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven leadership experience, including coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Adaptable, resilient and solutions-focused with a customer-first approach
  • Experience working with wholesale operations, order management, purchasing, fulfilment or supply chain processes will be highly regarded
