Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Job Description:
The Consumer and Wealth Management Performance Marketing Lead will oversee and drive digital marketing strategies across our Consumer and Wealth segments. This role focuses on achieving business growth through effective media strategies, optimizing customer journeys, ensuring cross-market synergy, and implementing advanced digital marketing and ad-tech capabilities. They will also serve as a key contact for performance reporting and digital marketing expertise within the Consumer Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop agentic workflows, agents to augment measurement / tracking, content management, and orchestration capabilities.
- Develop prototype of agentic use cases using Agentic platform (google, Claude, Open AI etc.,) to visualise use cases.
- Oversee the marketing platform architecture design and development by partnering with technology teams and vendor partners.
- Operationalize the enterprise marketing platform and continuously improve the Platform Operating Model to build capabilities and deliver value.
- Build MarTech/ AdTech products to standardise across enterprise, streamline marketing ops through a workbench, automate marketing campaign tasks.
- Track initiative delivery progress, manage dependencies and critical paths for platform capability development, and create delivery reports, proposals, and presentations tailored for executive audiences.
- Implement framework to manage, govern the tags for media platforms working with paid media agencies for campaign optimisation project delivery management of key platform initiatives to improve overall delivery effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage platform value and performance, including customer outcomes and business metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage demand for the overall marketing platform, maintaining a backlog of work along with a published prioritization rubric.
Requirements
Experience with MarTech/AdTech platforms implementation, usage across content management (either of open text, Liferay, AEM or sitecore), DAM solutions, CDP solutions, Measurement solutions (either of Adobe analytics, Google analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust), Google Marketing Platform, Meta platforms and data integration tools and unified customer communication gateway. Exposure to new emerging technologies around Gen AI, agentic orchestration tools shaping the MarTech platform. Over 10 years' experience in product management/ product owner role building marketing capabilities and executing large enterprise marketing transformation using data, technology. Excellent commercial and technical awareness with a keen eye for detail for wide array of MarTech/AdTech tools. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Prover record of strong leadership in platform development and change management capabilities. Master’s degree in engineering, digital marketing or any other technology focused fields PMP or equivalent programme management certification.
