The Graduate Program

This is an entry level role into the exciting world of media, with the opportunity to learn from industry leaders. Based in our Sydney office, the successful graduates will complete the majority of the program in their preferred department (e.g. Cinema Sales, Digital Sales, OOH Sales, Strategy & Marketing), receiving extensive and in-depth training, while also having the opportunity to rotate across other business units to gain foundational knowledge.

This program will help you to develop knowledge and experience across various advertising mediums to give you an accelerated start to your career.  You’ll work with a great group of people, build analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on experience.

This will initially be a 8-month program, starting in February 2025, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
