About the job

JOB PURPOSE: The candidate is accountable for all trade marketing investment and activities for VMS(Cenovis)/OTC(EVE) brands within the Opella Consumer Healthcare e-commerce ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end in-platform marketing strategy and execution — translating brand strategies into channel-winning activation plans, optimizing A&P investment efficiency, and delivering measurable ROI growth on digital platforms.

The role carries two distinct strategic mandates for 2026: secure EVE business stable growth momentum, and complete key milestones for Cenovis model transferring.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role gives the candidate the opportunity to drive in-platform trade marketing excellence for VMS(Cenovis)/OTC(EVE) brands across China's key e-commerce platforms. The candidate will act as the commercial powerhouse for both brands — owning the full A&P investment cycle, optimizing ROI, and executing platform-specific activation plans in alignment with brand strategies and 2026 growth ambitions.

About You

  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid experience of online TMKT management; experience in EC channel TMKT management will be preferred.
  • High influencer and ability to prioritize effectively / excellent business acumen & understanding.
  • High level in organizing with strong business strategical thinking.
  • Self-motivated with drive, passion and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
  • Outgoing and open-minded.
  • Be efficient and pleasant in working through others.

Education:

University / College degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field

Experience & knowledge:

Prefer more than 6–8 years minimum of solid experience in trade marketing, e-commerce marketing, or commercial roles within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or related industries

Core competencies:

Ability to develop in-platform commercial strategies which are in line with brand strategy

Strong transversal collaboration skills

Strong data & analytical skills; comfortable with ROI analysis, funnel metrics, and campaign performance data

Solid understanding of A&P budget management, cost control, and P&L dynamics

Ability to brief and evaluate digital content (short video, PDP, visuals) for both brand fit and platform performance

Proactive, positive and innovative mind

Attention to detail & complex processes

Excellent presentation and communications

Matrix leadership skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership capabilities
