Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, PSC
Overview
This role focuses on end-to-end trade marketing execution for customized Portfolio solution empowerment and PSC in-store activation. The position centers on scenario-based solution customization, standardized store image upgrading, and immersive in-store marketing activation. The core goal is to boost channel quality, enhance on-site consumer experience, convert display advantage into sales.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement channel-specific trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on premium retail channels (e.g., Hema, Ole, PDL and trans formative channel, YH etc ).
Collaborate with sales team to design trade programs, including in store promotions, visual merchandising, loyalty schemes, and co branded campaigns that resonate with high-net-worth consumers.
Conduct in-depth channel analysis, including partner performance tracking, market trend monitoring, competitor trade activity benchmark, and consumer behavior insights in premium retail scenarios.
Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently, allocate resources across channels based on ROI projections, and track expenditure to ensure optimal use of funds.
Work closely with the product team to align trade strategies with premium product launches, seasonal assortments, and exclusive offerings, ensuring channel readiness and impactful product presentation.
Drive in-store execution excellence: develop visual merchandising guidelines for premium displays, train channel partners on brand standards, and conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance and provide on-site support.
Expand customer scope including PDL
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-10 years working experience in marketing or trade marketing or KA sales in multi-national company, experience in food and beverage industry is preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic and logical thinking skills
