We’re looking for a high-impact Team Leader to help shape a seamless, customer‑centric digital home lending experience. You’ll lead a team delivering digitally assisted home lending, leveraging automation and smarter ways of working to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.

As Team Leader Digital Home Lending, you will lead through coaching, data-driven performance insights, and a strong continuous improvement mindset. You’ll manage complex customer matters, uplift systems and processes, and ensure the team consistently delivers against service, quality and risk outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Providing your team of direct reports with coaching and development to meet business performance targets and standards. You will also support continuous improvements within your team to assist targets being achieved by providing high quality and consistent interactions with lenders and other business units.
- Managing the team to ensure customer milestones are completed for the home loan process (from application through to settlement/funding); and ensuring settlement/funding timeframes are met.
- Conducting call quality monitoring, reviewing performance, and providing appropriate feedback to your team.
- Managing complex enquiries and complaints within your area of control, acting as a point of reference for escalated enquiries.
- Assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective running of the contact centre.
About You
Home buying knowledge and experience is required. You are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about leading and inspiring your team to thrive and deliver results. You are also a change leader and have a growth mindset. You’ve demonstrated effective team leadership, coaching, and people management skills. You perform well in ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments. You collaborate well and understand the importance of shared success. You are passionate about customer satisfaction, show initiative, and are a confident problem solver across a wide variety of situations.
