• Veeva CRM / PromoMats / SFMC(Marketing Automation) などのグローバルソリューションのオペレーション標準化
• Contents Excellence
• AIソリューションを含むデジタルソリューション運用最適化・改善
• ステークホルダー連携
• ガバナンス・コンプライアンス

Required Qualifications (Knowledge and experience)

• グローバル主導の社内デジタルソリューション（例：CRM、PromoMats、SFMCなど）の運用実務経験があり、あるべき活用モデルを構想・設計し、日本市場に適した導入・運用を推進できる
• Microsoft officeやTableauを用いて、社内外のデータ集計・統合・分析および、ユーザ／システム要件や施策を可視化・報告が可能である
• デジタルチャネルを含むマルチチャネルデータ管理に関する理解があり、社内活動データ、二次データ、外部データを適切に扱える
• AIソリューション・ツールの概要を理解し、継続的に学び活用方法を考察できる
• 製薬業界におけるデータプライバシーおよびコンプライアンスを理解し、適切な運用管理ができる
• ベンダーマネジメントスキル（契約管理、コスト／時間／品質管理）を有し、外部パートナーとの協業を円滑に推進できる。
• 部門横断のコミュニケーションを実践し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進できる
• 日本語および英語で、ステークホルダーの要望を理解し、交渉及び調整が可能である

• 製薬業界または規制環境下での業務経験
• グローバルプロジェクトへの参画経験
• マーケティング領域における最新トレンドやベストプラクティスを継続的に学び、チーム内で共有・活用できる
• データ分析・KPI設計経験

Typical Education ＆Experience

• 3年以上の、製薬業界またはヘルスケア業界におけるCommercial IT業務、CRM運用業務またはデジタル施策の企画・運用の経験
• 言語：日本語、英語ともにステークホルダーの要望理解、交渉、提案といったビジネスレベルの会話ができる
