About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a Sports and Partnerships Executive to join our Sport & Partnership team in Melbourne!
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely management and implementation of the National Sales sponsorship portfolio across the entire SCA Broadcast Network (Triple M and Hit Networks), under the day to day leadership and direction of the Partnerships Activations Manager.
As the Sports & Partnerships Executive, you will contribute to project work as requested, and collaborate with the Sports and Partnerships team to support administrative tasks related to implementation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep calendars up to date and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Manage projects by liaising with internal/external teams and meeting deadlines.
- Provide professional, customer-focused responses, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork, manage administrative tasks, and ensure accurate system reporting.
Experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in administration and/or project management, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with staff and clients at all levels.
- Strong office administration skills, with attention to detail and credible presentation abilities.
- Excellent resource management and problem-solving skills, providing creative and practical solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
