Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to support the company’s digital presence and brand positioning within the B2B events industry. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, hands-on, and keen to build their skills in content creation and social media marketing.

You will work closely with the Business Development team and external marketing partners to create engaging content that showcases the company’s projects, capabilities, and industry presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (primarily B2B-focused channels)
    Plan and schedule content aligned with ongoing projects and marketing objectives
    Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Content Creation
    Conceptualise, create, and film content (photos and videos) for social media
    Capture behind-the-scenes footage of projects, events, and installations
    Translate project work into engaging and professional digital content
  • Video Editing & Optimisation
    Edit short-form videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
    Optimise content for engagement and platform-specific performance
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align content with business goals
    Liaise with external marketing agencies to ensure cohesive campaigns and branding
    Support overall marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic skills in content creation (filming, editing, social media tools)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a longer sales cycle
