Role Description

The SEO Executive will have a strong passion for SEO, data and content. You’ll be expected to:

  • Assist the SEO Manager to plan, manage, and executing SEO strategies, including but not limited to account setup, cross-channel strategy development, and team management
  • Conducting keyword research across campaigns and sales presentations to highlight key opportunities
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page, off-page, and SEO content ideation and planning
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead projects
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools
  • Occasionally providing opportunity analysis and new business support for prospective clients
  • Create technical recommendations to clients and provide audits of client websites

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years’ experience in the organic search industry
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by data
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project management
  • Good communication skills are a must as this is a hands-on role that is client-facing.
  • Not afraid to get involved, and is willing to contribute to Hatched Sydney's culture.
  • Be willing to share industry knowledge with other team members
  • Interest in Conversion Rate Optimisation as our team is hands-on when recommending onsite optimisation approaches that extended into improving the on-page experience of a cust
