Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Performance Manager at Hatched in Sydney. We do some of our best work when we are in the office, which is why we are in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays (sometimes Fridays for a cheeky team lunch).

As a Google Premier Partner for 2024 and recognised agency partner with Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, we are deeply passionate about the art of media.

The Senior Performance Manager will play a vital role in our team, bringing confidence and a drive to solve key client challenges.

Ideally, this candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an in-depth understanding of paid media channels, consistently delivering high-performing campaigns for our clients.

We are obsessed with delivering effectiveness across our performance media activity, so this role will require you to work closely with our SEO and content team, and the rest of the Hatched Sydney crew.

The role has a direct report (Performance Manager) with additional direct reports planned and has the potential to expand even further as our team is rapidly expanding to meet the demands of a growing roster of ambitious clients.

Qualifications

  • You will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Search/Social specialist role
  • Strong hands-on and strategic knowledge and experience across the following advertising and analytics platforms; Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience across all Paid Search ad formats & features, Performance Max, Responsive Search Ads, YouTube & Tracking
  • Experience across all Paid Social ad formats & features, Advantage+ on Meta with Product Catalogues, Events Manager & Tracking
  • Experience with Bid Management tools, i.e., Search Ads 360 preferred
