Senior Performance Executive

What’s the Role About?

A Senior Performance Executive has 2-4 year’s experience in media agencies, focused on driving best in class paid social and paid search campaigns. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love diving into data, and want to be part of a team that values growth and creativity, we’d love to chat!

As a Senior Performance Executive, you’ll be hands-on in planning, implementing, and optimising paid social and paid search campaigns. You’ll work closely with your integrated team to ensure every campaign is delivering results, while also developing your strategic thinking and client management skills. You’re also ready to start helping a performance coordinator understand their role too and training them in some of the tools and skills they need. You’ll be attending client meetings and in some cases you’ll be presenting your work including performance campaign plans, reporting and post analysis. You’ll start to build your network of industry mates who work in media, by attending media events, lunch and learns and lots of cups of coffee with the people that will keep you in the know about what opportunities exist for clients.

You’ll enjoy dedicated training from both internal and external teams, across Performance specific areas, broader media landscapes and soft-skills development. As a Senior Performance Executive at Hatched, you’ll help turn performance media plans into action. You’ll manage the day-to-day implementation of performance campaigns, and help ensure our work is delivering against key performance goals. You’ll also be supported to take on more responsibility and grow your confidence with client communication and performance strategy.

This role is all about:

  • Campaign Execution – setting up and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns.
  • Data & Insights – analysing results to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration – working with internal teams, clients, and media partners to push campaigns further.
  • Client Management – building strong relationships and communicating insights clearly.
  • Continuous Learning – staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends.

What You’ll Do

Performance Campaign Execution & Strategy

  • Plan, implement, and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals.
  • Manage budget allocations across multiple clients and campaigns, keeping a close eye on pacing and performance.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reports and insights to showcase campaign effectiveness and future opportunities.
  • Support the strategic planning of performance campaigns, working alongside your Account Director and Performance Manager/Director.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, testing new strategies to improve performance.

Client Management and Reporting

  • Begin taking a lead role in client WIPs and presentations for Performance-focused discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and be a trusted point of contact for paid social and search campaigns.
  • Ensure all reporting is clear, actionable, and insightful, helping clients understand performance and next steps.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and key objectives.

Team Collaboration and Development.

  • Manage your own workflow, ensuring all deadlines and service-level agreements are met.
  • Help mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Be open to expanding your skillset into other digital channels like Programmatic, as required.

Who Are You?

  • Experience in paid search and paid social campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key performance platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills—you love diving into the numbers.
  • A confident communicator who can translate data into clear insights.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Keen to grow your skills and explore new performance marketing opportunities.
