Job Description

• Plans and executes assigned marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, content, PR, internal communication)
• Creates content for assigned channels
• Tracks performance metrics and produces reports for stakeholders
• Analyzes performance of assigned campaigns and optimizes tactics
• Manages relations with marketing vendors
• Manages budgets and billing for assigned channels
• Performs updates of the PSI website
• Plans and supports PSI events, working with the global marketing events team
• Contributes to PSI marketing strategy
• Mentors junior members of the marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Humanities
• 3+ years of experience executing large marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of social media tools and trends
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
