Senior Marketing Specialist
主要工作职责
一、数字营销运营
协助策划、执行并复盘各品牌线上营销活动，维护线上运营体系。
协助搭建社交平台矩阵，提升品牌曝光与流量转化。
品牌直播支持。
二、通路行销活动支持
落地各类节日、终端促销活动，跟进执行与物料筹备。
统计整理促销、销售数据，为活动复盘和策略优化提供依据。
完成渠道营销相关辅助工作，保障终端促销正常运行。
三、线下活动及展会支持
支持展会、大型品牌活动的筹备、现场协调与收尾工作，保障活动顺利开展。
四、数据分析与竞品洞察
定期输出运营周报、月报，拆解核心数据，完成活动复盘并给出优化方案。
跟踪行业趋势与竞品动态，整理分析报告，为营销决策提供参考。
五、跨部门协同及综合事务支持
对接各相关部门，协同推进工作。
完成部门日常及临时任务，适配多线工作。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，市场营销、新媒体等相关专业优先。
3年以上 B2C 品牌社媒、数字营销经验，熟悉主流新媒体平台及账号运营。
擅长文案创作、短视频剪辑，熟练使用剪映、AI 工具及 Office 软件，具备审美能力。
掌握基础数据分析技能，能复盘数据、分析竞品并提出可行优化建议。
英语读写听说流利。
沟通协调能力强，抗压性好，能适应快节奏、多任务、多品牌并行的工作模式。
工作认真负责、执行力强，具备市场敏感度、学习能力与团队精神。
