Senior Marketing Executive (Performance & Campaigns)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive our marketing performance across digital channels, while overseeing the execution of key campaigns and initiatives.

This role focuses primarily on digital performance, while ensuring strong alignment across both online and offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Planning
    Develop and implement annual marketing plans with the team that align with business goals, maximising enrolment and revenue across all centres
    Manage marketing budgets with accountability for ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign performance
    Track and report performance against KPIs to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations to guide business decisions
  • Integrated Campaigns & Activations (Online + Offline)
    Oversee execution of integrated campaigns across digital advertising, community activations, and partnerships
    Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing touchpoints
    Collaborate with centre managers, operations, and academics teams to deliver marketing objectives
  • Performance & Data-Driven Optimisation
    Analyse marketing funnel performance and implement data-driven optimisations
    Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaigns, targeting, messaging, and creative
    Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and maximise results
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Lead team members and vendors by providing clear direction, timelines, and performance expectations
    Work closely with Creative, Performance, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and align with strategic goals
    Provide creative guidance based on performance insights to drive better results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with experience in integrated campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, with TikTok or other emerging platforms a plus
  • Comfortable managing budgets and making optimisation decisions based on data
  • Proven ability to guide creatives, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving enrolment, revenue, and ROI targets

Desirable / Plus

  • Experience in education, enrichment, or consumer services sector
  • Understanding of parent decision-making psychology and the Singapore education landscape

Salary range: $4000-$4800
