Senior Executive, Marketing, NBS Undergraduate Programme Office

The Senior Executive will report to the Assistant Manager of Marketing. The incumbent plays an important role and is responsible for supporting the team in implementing activities related to brand awareness and positioning, marketing of assigned programmes, and achieving the enrolment goals of the UG programme. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the other team members by supporting marketing, student outreach and recruitment functions to attract the best students to apply and join NBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics on Marketing and Admissions Strategies: Manage an admissions role-based email account to handle and dispatch enquiries and communications from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in working on marketing initiatives like social media posts and communication materials.
- Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in keeping track of and analyzing competitors’ media communication movements and update the team accordingly.
- Preparation of reports to management when required.
- Student Outreach and Recruitment: Assist NBS Marketing & Outreach team with event logistics and administration for outreach events and activities as needed.
- Participate in outreach events in pre-university institutions.
- Any duties assigned by the UPO management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous
- Proficient in MS suites of software
- Able to multi-task
- Outgoing and enjoy interacting with people
- Candidates with previous experience in Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) will have an advantage
- Familiar with media strategy, channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience in event marketing and management
- Familiar with social media trends and what is engaging/relevant for the target segment (pre-University students both locally and overseas)
- Proficiency in creating and designing social media posts and graphics by using tools like Canva
- Proficiency in creating and editing short-form videos by using tools like Capcut
- Creative
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative spirit
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
