This is a full-time permanent role working collaboratively across the global business and as part of the central marketing team. The role will work closely with commercial teams worldwide, with a particular focus on driving growth across the APAC region.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded marketing manager to drive demand generation and digital marketing performance, while supporting field marketing initiatives.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, owning digital acquisition channels, paid media performance, and limited regional field marketing support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, increasing market visibility, and improving marketing contribution to revenue.
Working closely with Sales, our Product Marketing team, our Events Marketing Manager, and our APAC Field Marketing Executive, as well as external agency partners, you will deliver integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
- APAC Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Create and maintain always-on lead generation digital programs to deliver a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to sales teams. Partner with Product Marketing to manage this. - Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Lead on paid media strategy and execution globally across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display, and programmatic channels, with guidance from regional marketers and support from our digital marketing agency.
Manage paid media agency, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and objectives.
Work with regional marketers to optimise campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, and funnel conversion rates.
Own APAC LinkedIn Ads creation & management.
Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, attribution, pipeline influence, and ROI. - SEO, AI Search Optimisation & Discoverability
Contribute to SEO strategy and execution across key product, solution, and regional content areas.
Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives to improve visibility within AI-powered search environments.
Monitor discoverability across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging search platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve content performance across both traditional and AI-driven search channels. - Digital Channel Management
Own WeChat marketing
Manage APAC LinkedIn organic content - Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
Define, track, and report on KPIs across all digital marketing channels.
Work with Marketing Operations Manager to analyse digital campaign performance, audience behaviour, and funnel metrics to identify optimisation opportunities for APAC. - APAC Field Marketing Support
Support APAC sales teams with targeted marketing activity designed to generate demand, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager and APAC Field Marketing Executive to support on-the-ground APAC events
Travel across APAC as required (quarterly travel between Singapore and Shanghai offices along with APAC events).
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, video, and paid social channels.
- Experience managing WeChat marketing programs.
- Experience managing external agencies and marketing vendors.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Experience working with Salesforce for reporting, attribution, and lifecycle management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in campaign execution.
Preferred
- Experience with Eloqua marketing automation.
- Knowledge of ABM, intent data, audience enrichment platforms, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience within B2B data, information services, SaaS, technology, logistics, maritime, or related industries.
- Understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search optimisation.
