About the role

As the Senior Content Producer for The Australian Women's Weekly, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging content that grows our audience, traffic, and brand awareness.

Reporting directly to the Digital Editor of The Australian Women's Weekly, you will contribute The Weekly's success by creating high-quality, on-brand content that builds audience loyalty and engagement while supporting commercial growth opportunities.

Duties

  • Create original, high-quality written content for digital platforms that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience
  • Analyse audience data and metrics to inform content and refine approach to maximise engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective content delivery across platforms
  • Champion the brand by sourcing, writing, and publishing content that meets SEO requirements and helps achieve key brand KPIs
  • Support the Digital Editor in day-to-day operations and content planning

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and curation at scale for digital publishing
  • Strong understanding of audience analytics tools and the ability to use data to create informed content insights
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for on-brand content
  • Experience working across social platforms
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
  • Initiative and creativity to support audience and traffic growth goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional approach
