Senior Brand Manager – Everyday Vitality and Formats
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join
Blackmores ANZ Marketing Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth for Blackmores’ Everyday
Vitality and Formats portfolio, leading marketing strategy, campaign execution
and innovation.
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the growth
and management of the Everyday Vitality portfolio for Blackmores Australia,
which includes the following segments – Nutritional Oils, Immunity, Digestive
Health, Everyday Health (Multivitamins), & Children’s Health. The role will also
drive the execution of our formats strategy to expand usage occasions for
consumers. Given the high strategic importance and complexity of this portfolio,
we are looking for a strong senior brand manager who can display strong
performance track record and ability to flex both strategic and execution
excellence.
This role is also a people management role with the opportunity to coach and
build capability of an Assistant Brand Manager. You will be expected to work out
of both of our NSW sites, Warriewood and Surry Hills – selecting one site as a
base office and working from Warriewood at least once a fortnight. We also have
a hybrid work arrangement of working a minimum of 3 days a week in the office
each week.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing initiatives for the
Everyday Vitality portfolio aligned with brand strategy for consumer impact
and commercial success including media, communication, packaging & in store
promotion. - Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for the Everyday Vitality
portfolio and formats strategy in AU. - Lead the strategy for new product launches. Use leadership skills to build
strong connections across the business to deliver go-to-market plans that are
best in class and generate excitement for the launches. - Management of an Assistant Brand Manager – ability to coach talent as well as
manage workload across the team to deliver results. - Development and execution of through the line marketing plans, including the
integration of retail customer plans.

Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies or other relevant subject
area. - Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in brand management, coupled with at
least 4 years' experience in a people management capacity with a track record
of building capabilities. - A proven track record in marketing with experience in brand planning,
innovation, cross-functional leadership and media planning including TV, OOH,
Radio, Digital & Retail Media. - Energised by a fast-paced environment and high performing team, driven to
achieve results. - Strong organisational and project management skills coupled with excellent
communication skills, with the ability to influence a broad range of
stakeholders. - Excellent commercial acumen to manage product profitability and P&Ls.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful communication
activations that unlock growth. Ability to translate strategy into clear,
specific and achievable objectives delivered with discipline and rigour. - Experience in working with customers on retail media to deliver plans against
joint objectives is highly desired.
