As a leading resourcing partner in the Asia region, Novus Precision Partners are proud to be working with a prestigious integrated marketing and consulting agency. As they expand their operations and take on more projects for global clients, they are now seeking a strategic and meticulous Senior Account Executive to join their team. The title offered will reflect the candidate’s level of experience - candidates with more extensive backgrounds will be considered for the Account Manager designation.

The Role

You will be a trusted advisor for both our clients and our internal teams, playing a pivotal role in leading key client relationships and ensuring the flawless execution of high-stakes projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers real autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of our client services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across our clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end project management and execution of complex integrated campaigns, including creative executions for events, event management, and digital and social media initiatives from brief to delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and refine scalable systems and processes for project management, client reporting, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and quality across accounts.
  • Translate clients’ overarching marketing and business objectives into actionable plans and innovative solutions that deliver measurable ROI and strengthen the client partnership.
  • Manage all project elements including scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources, while mitigating risks and solving conflicts to ensure seamless delivery under tight deadlines. This includes coordinating internal teams and managing external freelancers and vendors.
  • Establish and track campaign KPIs, conducting thorough post-campaign evaluations to report on success, gather insights, and demonstrate clear value to clients.
  • Serve as the central liaison between clients, senior management, external agencies, and partners, communicating project status and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in an account management, project management, or client services role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. The title offered will be commensurate with experience.
  • A proven track record of managing integrated projects from brief to delivery with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day point of contact and trusted partner.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
  • A natural aptitude for creating order from ambiguity, with experience building or improving systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Good command of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, with proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) being an advantage.
  • Applicants must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and not require future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing relationships with senior client stakeholders or C-suite executives.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience scoping projects and managing client budgets for continuous revenue growth.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive under pressure.
