Job Description
We're on the hunt for a talented Sales CRM Analyst to join our dynamic Sydney team! If you're someone with strong business acumen and a passion for innovation, this role will see you leading exciting new CRM and customer management initiatives across all of Nine’s platforms, including Television, Digital, Audio and Publishing.
The Commerce team is the operational support team within the Nine Advertising Sales division.
Commerce provides Sales team support through working with Sales leadership to define business goals, providing insights and data-led strategies.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce and CRM tools for the sales team, including planning, configuration, customisation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, technology, and operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce CRM, offering support and troubleshooting for the sales team.
- Configure Salesforce features to align with the sales team’s workflows, including reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales staff on CRM best practices and system usage.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience managing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices for sales management.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding their unique workflows and challenges, ideally within a media or advertising environment (e.g. ad sales, sponsorship sales, subscription sales).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and how CRM can support them.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including sales leadership, sales representatives, IT teams, and potentially external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- A strong understanding of the Australian media industry marketplace is also desirable
