Sales Coordinator - Industrial Components Supplier
Responsibilities
- Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company
- Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials
- Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports
- Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers' questions regarding the website
- Be familiar with company's products and serve customers' enquiries
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred.
- No experience candidates are welcome to apply
- Computer literacy
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong discipline and a good team player
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
