The Opportunity

Join Acenda's Retirement team at an exciting time as we prepare for the launch and growth of new retirement and investment solutions. This newly created contract role will suit a retirement subject matter expert who can bring market insights, strategic thinking and content expertise to help shape our retirement proposition.
Working closely with product and marketing teams, you'll identify trends, uncover opportunities and develop insight-led content that strengthens Acenda's position as a leader in retirement solutions.

How will you make an impact?

• Research retirement market trends, regulatory developments and emerging retirement income strategies.
• Analyse competitors, super funds, platforms and adviser markets to identify opportunities and market gaps.
• Develop compelling thought leadership, strategic narratives and market insights.
• Create white papers, research reports, adviser content, webinar materials and insight papers.
• Support retirement product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
• Translate complex retirement concepts into practical, engaging and commercially relevant content.

About You

You're a retirement specialist with strong knowledge of the Australian retirement, superannuation, wealth or life insurance landscape. You enjoy connecting insights with strategy and can turn complex ideas into impactful content that drives outcomes.
You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders and contributing ideas that help shape product development, customer value propositions and thought leadership.

You'll bring

• Demonstrated expertise in retirement income, superannuation, wealth management or life insurance.
• Strong market research, analysis and strategic thinking capability.
• Experience developing thought leadership, research papers or industry content.
• Ability to assess market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Availability to commence ASAP for a 3-month contract.
