Project Executive (Technology and Digital Innovation)
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established
in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices
globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as
a two-way global investment and business hub.
The HKTDC organises international exhibitions, conferences and business missions
to create business opportunities for companies, particularly small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in the mainland and international markets. The
HKTDC also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via
research reports and digital news channels.
As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business
cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade
and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape.
Responsibilities:
* Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of local and overseas
trade promotion events, including exhibitions, seminars and networking
programmes
* Coordinate logistics and operations for start-up and innovation initiatives,
including competitions, showcases and ecosystem events
* Manage stakeholder engagement, including responding to enquiries and
maintaining relationships with exhibitors, delegates and partners.
* Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality
participant experience
* Maintain and analyse project data, delegate profiles and event performance
metrics
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations and post-event evaluation
* Provide administrative support, including data input, scheduling,
documentation and coordination across teams
Requirements:
* University graduate with at least 1 year’s experience in event management,
project coordination or related fields
* Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight
timelines
* Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage
external partners and stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, and other presentation
and graphic design software
* A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced,
event-driven environment
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive
remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental
benefits, will be offered.
