Job Description

As an Account Executive within the Programmatic Sales team at Nine, you will be responsible for campaign/deal coordination of inventory sales across Nine assets of Total TV, Total Publishing and Total Radio.

Your primary function will be to support the Sales Executives and Group Business Manager, whilst working collaboratively with external stakeholders such as agency trading desks, media and advertising agencies, as well as internal stakeholders across the business.

Day to day includes but won’t be limited to:

  • Provide regular reports to clients and the team on campaign/deal delivery.
  • Maximise revenue within your assigned patch by recommending optimizations, identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Track campaigns/deals to guide efficient Programmatic buying and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor delivery, proactively reporting performance and progress against goals.
  • Generate, analyse, and deliver ad hoc and end-of-campaign reports.
  • Accurately process guaranteed bookings and streamline processes.
  • Conduct proactive post-analysis of campaigns with Programmatic Operations for continuous improvement.
  • Meet deadlines and quality standards for proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Desks, Agencies, and Clients.
  • Understand the Programmatic and wider media industry, adjusting to market changes.
  • Represent the Nine brand in the market.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

What we would like to see on your resume:

Essential:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail and results
  • Plan, organise and coordinate activities so that deadlines are met
  • Interact effectively at all levels within the account

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Programmatic ecosystem is desirable
  • Dealing with agency trading desks
