We’re on the hunt for a Producer to join our LiSTNR Sport team based in Sydney!

What you’ll be doing:
- Directly manage at least one major podcast and oversee other original sports podcast as directed, this includes episode planning, arranging guests, pre-interviewing guests, briefing hosts, recording, post production and distribution
- Booking and managing studio and podcaster recording sessions, and editing podcast episodes as required
- Ensure all podcast content meets relevant business requirements before publishing
- To work with SCA social media, marketing, PR and radio teams to ensure successful and meaningful promotion of the podcast
Experience we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in producing content for either online, radio or television
- Desired experience in using industry standard audio and/or video editing tools including audio editing software (Adobe Audition) and Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Ability to produce, write, edit and preferably post produce audio visual content for podcast and digital channels
- Experience collaborating with, and managing on-air talent to achieve goals of the business
- An understanding of legal compliance issues relating to audio broadcasts, including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytelling
- Contributes to creating a team environment which fosters innovation and creativity
- Is able to adapt style/output to optimise results depending on the intended audience
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills, capable of adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the information
