9Podcasts is looking for someone to join our team. We create premium podcasts that inspire, inform, and entertain. We're a team of passionate creators who lean into the power of conversation and a culture of feedback.

As a division of Nine Radio, we collaborate with diverse talent and brands across the wider Nine Network to champion podcasts as a core content pillar.

Day to day you will:

  • Produce, schedule, and publish video, graphics, and other content for social media and Nine platforms, both in and out of the studio.
  • Work closely with podcast producers, hosts, and guests to create and publish podcast highlights and other social content.
  • Create a variety of visual content, including graphics for social media and video packages.
  • Actively contribute to the Head of Podcasts' strategy for growing 9Podcasts' social media reach and overall audience.
  • Stay on top of the news cycle and cultural trends to identify compelling stories and opportunities for content.
  • Share your video production expertise with the wider team and assist with longer video edits as needed.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven ability to produce and distribute video content effectively across all digital platforms.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content, including working with algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, Canva and Avid.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling copy and communicate effectively.
  • A genuine passion for podcasts and audio content.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
