What is a Performance Assistant?
A Performance Assistant supports the in-house performance media team, which trades programmatic media and paid social campaigns for our clients. You will be exposed to incredible technology that helps deliver digital advertising content to your target audiences.
This entry-level media agency role is ideal for a recent communications or analytics university graduate. No experience is required; just incredible attention to detail, a curious and highly analytical mind, and a passion to learn and grow within the dynamic Media Industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
• Campaign Support:
Assist with the execution of media campaigns within social and programmatic platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and DSPs. This includes setup, trafficking and monitoring of paid media campaigns.
• Media Coordination:
Coordinate with media buyers, vendors, and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate ad placements and content delivery.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and platform data, providing regular reports to the team for continuous improvement.
• Content & Asset Management:
Maintain organised records of media assets, ensuring correct material runs at all times, and project documentation.
• Budget & Admin Support:
Assist with tracking media budgets, ensuring campaigns are pacing effectively. Loading activity into finance system, SMD, each month.

• Education:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite:
Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint to support daily tasks, reporting and communication.
• Experience:
Prior experience in a marketing, media, or administrative role is beneficial but not necessary.
