Performance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of SEM campaigns across various search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Assist in the creation and management of Paid Social campaigns using platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, where required.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise SEM campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. Optimising Paid Social campaigns with support form Performance Managers.
  • Monitor and analyse key campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, ad-rank, and engagement rates.
  • In conjunction with the Performance Manager, generate insightful reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
  • Accountable for the effective management of budgets across multiple clients and campaigns, escalating any issues to senior members of the team.
  • Develop an understanding of your client’s business and their key objectives.
  • Manage your own workflow to ensure agreed deadlines are met, and we are aligning with specific service level agreements.
  • Support in the ongoing testing and optimisation of creative, ad copy, targeting and strategies to deliver best in class paid social and SEM campaigns aligned to your client’s business goals.
  • Keep up to date with the paid marketing landscape, inclusive of best practices, strategies, and techniques across all existing and emerging platforms.

 Key Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the media landscape, with an emphasis on paid marketing.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver effective outcomes.
  • High attention to detail with good organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
